i decided to unite my love for maps and for OT and make a map of the distribution of OT contestants from OT 2017 - 2023 in regards to their residence* because i find it so fascinating, like yeah it does kinda follow where major urban centers concentrate but also why is there so little people in valència? so many in iruña specifically? how is that outside madrid the only other OT contestant from castile is from guadalajara from all places???

Avant le début du spectacle, l'acteur s'est rendu en Russie et a impressionné les fans avec un nouveau look avec une barbe. Casas a accordé une interview détaillée à l'animatrice Regina Todorenko. Il a parlé des caractéristiques du tournage. Dans le film, Mario a beaucoup de scènes explicites, mais l'artiste a réussi à surmonter l'inconfort et a joué sans doublure. “November 19, 1493 – Puerto Rico is discovered by Europeans, by Italian explorer and colonizer Christopher Columbus on his second voyage westwards” (National Park Service, 2019)

The first monumental moment in Puerto Rican History I will focus on is the continuous attacks from the british. Spain previously had control of Puerto Rico and Cuba in the American territories. The British wanted to take control of this territory. This also goes hand in hand with my second monumental moment, Dec 10 1898, the treaty of paris signed. All of this goes hand in hand because it shows exactly the changes that the country of Puerto Rico has gone through. It was a Spanish owned territory that was heavily influenced by Spanish culture. The Puerto rican people loved Spanish culture. Food, people, lifestyle, language, politics, everything. When the British kept attacking they initially were rejecting the English people and all of their ideals (Personal Interview). Furthermore, when America gained the rights to Puerto Rico via the treaty of paris they accepted the new lifestyle but still to this day choose to live by their puerto Rican culture which has heavy Spanish influence. My last example is in 1917 when Puerto Rico became a US territory. After traveling there myself and speaking with Eli I learned that although Puerto Rico is up for talks of even becoming a US state, the whole island barely speaks any english. It has definitely taken American influence to the country in the forms of restaurants, clothes, and vehicles. However they choose to speak spanish, make their cultures food and always remember their countries true spanish roots (Personal Interview).

Récords nacionales de Nicole Caicedo (Ecuador), Carlos San Martín (Colombia) y Fedra Luna (Argentina) en Castellón

La décima edición del Gran Premio Diputación de Castellón-Memorial José Antonio Cansino, este miércoles 14 de junio en Castellón (España), contó con una importante participación de atletas sudamericanos, que siguen con su fase de preparación. En los 400 metros para damas, donde ganó la cubana Roxana Gómez con 51.13, la ecuatoriana Nicole Caicedo fue segunda con 51.71. Y así batió su propio récord nacional (51.80) que había logrado once días antes en el meeting de Salamanca. Otro récord nacional cayó en los 1.500 metros y en este caso a cargo de la argentina Fedra Luna, quien fue 4a. en la carrera con 4:10.98 y mejoró su registro de 4:11.66, logrado el año pasado en este mismo torneo, en la pista de Gaeta Huguet. La carrera de hoy fue ganada por la española Agueda Marques con 4:05.30 y otra argentina de buena actuación fue Mariana Borelli, 7a. con 4:13.38. En lo 1.500 metros para hombres (serie 2) el vencedor fue Elie Sindaykengdera (Burundi) con 3:41.64. Y allí el olímpico colombiano Carlos Andrés San Martín terminó 2° con 3:41.99, batiendo el récord de su país que mantenía Gerard Giraldo desde hace ocho años en Lima con 3:42.38. Los 800 metros femeninos fueron para la portuguesa Patricia Silva con 2:02.38, seguida por la uruguaya y campeona sudamericana Déborah Rodríguez con 2:03.10, la brasileña Jacqueline Beatriz Weber con 2:03.52 y la colombiana Rosangélica Escobar con 2:04.69. En esta prueba, pero en hombres, el mexicano Jesús López ganó con una de las mejores expresiones técnicas de la reunión: 1:44.70. El salto triple vio en acción a figuras de primer nivel internacional: la española Ana Peleteiro -bronce olímpico en Tokio- reapareció tras su período de ausencia por maternidad y ganó con 14.13, quedando segunda la ecuatoriana Liuba Zaldívar con 12.80. Y en el salto triple de los hombres, el italiano Tobias Bocchi llegó hasta 17.26. Varios ecuatorianos que también lucieron fueron Nereida Santa Cruz (segunda en martillo con 63.23), Juan José Caicedo (segundo en disco con 62.29) y Katriel Angulo (tercero en 200 con 21.10, detrás del dominicano Yancarlos Martínez con 20.68 y el recordman español Bruno Hortelano con 21.03).
